Vivien is driven by a deep desire to see her clients succeed in their immigration goals and she is relentlessly passionate over this. Her cross-cultural sensitivity and fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese, Fujian, Chaozhou) ensure that the needs of her clients from every country, class and background are met with professionalism, sensitivity, and exceptional care. She takes particular pride as a relational well-loved instructor from consecutive classes of students (Certificate in Immigration: Laws, Policies & Procedures) at the University of British Columbia’s Extended Learning Division. She enjoyed the opportunity of sharing her knowledge with the students. Vivien is also a Director of Hope2Offer Ministries, a Canadian charitable organization offering generous humanitarian assistance to some of the poorest people groups in the world.
